• Prices per person per night are approximate , for a minimum stay of 7 nights ,
• depending on type of apartment , length of staying , number of occupants per apartment , seasonal period .
• During winter and summer saison the minimum stay is 7 nights beginning and ending on Saturday .
• The price includes the water, electric light as well as V.A.T. and Visitors’ Tax
• Cradle: 10,00 €/day
•  We can not accept animals
• The apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen, television and car parking.
• All reservations will be considered as confirmed after a deposit remittance by  bank or credit card of  50 % of the total agreed amount , and a written confirmation given.
• Please be informed that it is not possible to returne the deposit  in case of cancellation.
• The settlement of the complete holiday amount has to be undertaken at the arrival’s day.
• In case of delayed arrival or departure in advance, the arranged price will be fully charged.
• In case of cancellation from 21 days before the arrival day, the arranged price will be fully charged.

• The apartments are at disposal only for booked guest .

• The number of persons per apartment can not exceed , as booked.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house and the apartments .
• On departure day the apartment is to leave tidy and  the kitchen clean  , otherwise we have to supply € 55,00 / 95,00 per apartment for cleaning expense.
• The apartments will be at your disposal from the arrival day afternoon at 04.00 PM until the departure day at  9.00 AM .
• Check-in between  4.00 PM  - 07.00 PM
• Check-out until  9.00 AM
• Check-in after 07.00 PM only when agreed in writing .
• Check-in after 9,00 PM not possible .
